Joshua Nishida Sinn
Founder and CEO
My name is Joshua Nishida Sinn. I am dedicated to helping others overcome adversity and find purpose. Rebuilding my life after addiction and incarceration has given me the tools to inspire change in those who feel lost or hopeless.
Impossible the Movement began in prison, where I was certified as a recovery coach and supported others in their struggles. After my release, I began to expand Impossible through advocacy, recovery initiatives, and business development.
I also speak in correctional facilities and communities, aiming to inspire people to use their pain for purpose and to lift others up. As a personal trainer, I integrate fitness into rehabilitation, launching programs in Indiana's prison system to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Through Impossible the Movement, I work with individuals and organizations to build a network of support, showing that no matter the challenge, success is always possible. My goal and purpose is to empower others and help them succeed with our programs and community.

Jack Wilber
CFO
I'm Jack Wilber, and I'm focused on helping people reach their full potential by making sure they have the right resources and support. At Impossible The Movement, we work to remove barriers--whether that means improving existing systems or building new ones from the ground up.
I was introduced to Impossible and decided to help develop it shortly after Josh was released. His story and the role Impossible played resonated with me, and I've been committed to our mission ever since. Through developing rehabilitative services and building community, I believe real change happens when people have access to support systems, practical resources, and a network that believes in them.
At the end of the day, our work is about making sure people aren't limited by their circumstances. When the right resources are in place and made available to them, people can do more than they ever thought possible.
Our Journey
Impossible Movement began in 2016 through a man in prison with a clear purpose: to inspire transformation and foster community among those in recovery and the incarcerated. At its heart, Impossible serves as a catalyst for change, working tirelessly to support and uplift individuals affected by incarceration and addiction.
Beyond providing sober living housing, the movement takes a holistic approach to community service and rehabilitation. Impossible organizes impactful events, partners with programs dedicated to rehabilitation, and creates opportunities for individuals to connect, grow, and heal.
Impossible isn't just a movement—it's a network of hope and action. By addressing the unique challenges faced by marginalized populations with empathy and purpose, Impossible reminds us all that with the right support, transformation is not just possible—it's inevitable.
